Harbourfest 2019 is days away from taking over Owen Sound.
Rain of shine, Harbourfest 2019 is all set to get underway and this year’s festival is packed with activities for all ages, capped with a performance from AC/DC cover band, Who Made Who.
This is both and adult and family-friendly outing (not only do they have kids acts to keep the little ones entertained, there’s going to be a tug-of-war).
The event officially kicks off at 11 am on the 13th of July and is set to carry on until about 10 pm.
What can we expect from Harbourfest 2019?
The main stage is being set up in front of Mudtown Station, allowing some party-goers to enjoy patio seating for the event.
For the young ones, Magical Duda will be on hand to perform an interactive show, inviting kids in the audience to participate in the act while also entertaining in the crowd after his main performance.
The magic show is followed up by a fast-paced set from The Accolades, known for pumping out their own (very) unique blend of funk, jazz and prog rock.
Come late afternoon, the stage gets handed off to Toronto-based artist Stacey Renne who’ll be bringing the same highly-charged energy she brought when opening for the likes of Treble Charger, The Trews and many other prominent recording artists.
